- Request For Proposal (RFP) Solicitation for NSN 1560-00-972-6892, Vane Assembly, Fan R. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price type contract for this item. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Boeing Rights Guard applies. Mylars required. QAP 008 applies. Requested delivery is 227 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Exceptions to the drawing will be specified on the actual solicitation. Export control drawing is available to certified contractors. Configuration Control applies. Critical Application item. Not CSI. The solicitation is a commerical off the shelf item. Requested quantity is 8 each with a 100% quantity option. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
