- Solicitation for NSN 1270-00-542-6309 / YPG05029000490, INDICATOR,RETICLE D. Export Control & Configuration Control applies. An ?Export Control? Technical Data Package (TDP) exists for this item. Technical data will only be released to contractors who are authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only offers from small businesses will be considered. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 21 each with a 100% quantity option. This solicitation has a First Article / Pre-production approval required by government testing. First article sample size is two (2) each. The required delivery schedule is 120 DARO for delivery of First article units, and 208 DAFAA for delivery of production units. FOB is Destination, Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
