- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing residential Comprehensive Sanctions Center (CSC) services for male and female Federal offenders in the Austin (within city limits), Texas area. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled Comprehensive Sanctions Center, amended through October 2003, revised by the San Antonio Community Corrections Office November 2004. This is a firm-fixed unit price requirement type contract. The services are estimated to be 89% male and 11% female. The estimated number of inmate days is 35,819 (males) and 4,386 (females) for the two-year base period; 18,250 (males) and 2,190 (females) for option year one; 18,615 (males) and 2,190 (females) for option year two; and 18,980 (males) and 2,190 (females) for option year three, respectively. The solicitation will be available on or about April 11, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP200-0861-SC will be on or about June 10, 2005. This is a replacement contract. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
