- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Great Lakes Region is seeking competent and qualified small business contractors to perform the replacement of existing engine generators. SEE ATTACHMENTS for expanded scope of work (SOW). The estimated procurement is between $100,000 and $200,000 with an estimated performance time of approximately 30 to 45 days, for each location. Construction is anticipated to start summer 2005. information obtained from the attached Screening Information Request (SIR) Application will be utilized in determining the firms that are qualified to perform on these projects and receive a Request for Offer. OFFERS WILL BE SOLICITED FROM PRE-QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS ONLY. Interested firms must complete and submit the the attached SIR Application along with pertinent information and mail to Guadalupe Gonzalez, FAA, AGL-55A, 2300 East Devon Avenue, Des Plaines, IL 60018 by 3/18/05. NOTE: CONTRACTORS PREVIOUSLY PRE-QUALIFIED BY FAA, GREAT LAKES REGION, UNDER SIR DTFAGL-04-R-00035, NEED NOT RE-APPLY. A LETTER OF INTEREST TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER IS REQUESTED.
