Question and Answers for the 2005 AIR FORCE YOUTH OF THE YEAR TEEN FORUM 1. For the 20th, 22nd and 23rd of Jun 05, how would you like the rooms? set-up? The rooms shall be provided as follows: 20 Jun 05 ? A large meeting room accommodating up to 80 individuals shall be provided at approximately 5:30 p.m. A social room shall be provided between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. This room shall accommodate up to 80 individuals. 21 Jun 05 - A room or rooms shall be provided to accommodate up to 80 individuals in an educational/seminar style setting (table rounds). This space shall be provided between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to allow for intermittent meetings. A social room shall be provided between the hours 7:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. This room shall accommodate up to 80 individuals. 22 Jun 05 - A room or rooms shall be provided to accommodate up to 80 individuals in an educational/seminar style setting (table rounds). This space shall be provided between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to allow for intermittent meetings. This room shall be provided between the hours of 7:30 am and 11:30 a.m. A social room shall be provided between the hours 7:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. This room shall accommodate up to 80 individuals. 2. What time would you like your meeting/conference to start on the 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd of June 05? Please refer to the above question for clarification. Times and accommodation are estimates. Exact times and number of individuals will be provided, as the final number of participants becomes known. 3. For the days that you have 120 guests would you like a separate banquet room for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner? Yes
