- Description: This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation for the purchase of 5 each Ground Hand Trailers used to support KC-135 aircraft maintenance. NSN: 1470-00-555-6601; P/N: F17259, Noun: Trailer, Ground Handling. Description: The F17259 Ground Hand Trailer is used to transport the KC-135 refueling boom to facilitate maintenance and repairs. Data requirements for this acquisition will include test procedures and a test report. First Article test and acceptance is required. This will be a full and open competitive acquisition. First article delivery will be 180 Days ARO. See note F, export controls apply, and notes 1 and 26.
