- Solicitation F73AJ650340100 has been cancelled in it's entirety because the Government's requirement was not correctly stated. (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation of Purchase Request F73AJ650340100/Computer Security Training is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-05. (iv) This acquisition is set aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 611430 and small business size standards is 6,000,000. (v) Description: Computer Security Training Topics will include: Network Fundamentals and applications, Hardware Architecture, Information Assurance Foundations, Computer Security Policies, Contingency and Continuity Planning, Business Impact Analysis, Incident Handling, Web Security, Offensive and Defensive Information Warfare, and a Management Practicum. Discussion of the following subject matter: Risk Assessment and Auditing Host and Network Based Intrusion Detection Honeypots, Firewalls, and Perimeter Protection Security Policy Password Management Security Incident Handling-The Six Steps Information Warfare Web Security Network Fundamentals, IP Concepts, and Behavoir Cisco Router Filters Four Primary Threats for Perimeter Protection PGP, Stepanography Anti-Viral Tools. The Contractor will provide the following services : Five days of instruction by a certified faculty member All course books and materials Student Evaluations of Instructor Certificates of Completion The Government will provide a suitable classroom facility.
