Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation W912LL-05-T-0007 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 26, d ated 01/19/05. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS code 532412, small business size standard of $6 Mil. The North Dakota National Guard is requesting the lease of the following items for the periods specified. Items do not have to be brand name specific, but must be equal to or of greater quality and size. The specific delivery locations w ill be determined at a later date. Quotes are due in by 11AM central time on March 30, 2005. Offers will be evaluated as to the best value to the government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made based on the best value to the Government. All technical evaluation factors other than cost and price, when combined, are significantly less important than price. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (Oct 1995) applies to this acquisition. A completed-signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any quotation.
