- DESC: 5 ITEMS, NSN: 5310 01 285 6420,(P/N 12900942, Washer, Flat); NSN: 1015 01 285 3084, (P/N 12900935, Breech Base, Socket); NSN: 5365 01 285 3068, (P/N 12900956, Spacer Plate); NSN: 5340 01 286 0481,(P/N 12900955, Clevis, Rod End); NSN: 1015 01 28 5 3085, (P/N 12900936, Bipod Support Assembly). The 5 items being procured on this solicitation are for use on the 120mm Mortar. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. Requirements are 107 ea, Washer, Flat, 5 ea Breech Base, Socket, 430 ea Spacer, Plate, 60 ea Clevis, Rod End, and 25 ea Bipod Support Assembly. FLAT WASHER (5310-01-285-6420)is made from .29-.50 C plain carbon steel and has 1.8 in diameter x .12 in thick x 1.2 in hole. BREECH BASE, SOCKET (NSN: 1015-01-285-3084) F/M121 Mortar , Part is made from .27-.46 alloy steel and has approximate size of 6.06 in x 9.6 in x 8.04 in. Heat tread phosphate coating and magnetic particle inspection is required. SPACER PLATE (5365-01-285-3068)F/M121 Mortar is made from .34 C Max Plain carbon ste el. The part is 1.68 in x .42 in x .12 in with two .248 in drilled holes. Phosphate coating is required. ROD END CLEVIS (5340-01-286-0481) F/M121 Mortar is made from .13-.34C Plain Carbon Steel. The part requires milling, boring, drilling and has a 2 in outside diameter x 3.72 in length. Phosphate coating and engraving is required. BIPOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY (NSN: 1015-01-285-3085) F/M121 Mortar. Parts are made from .34 C Plain carbon steel and include a pin assembly, chain assembly, mounting base bipod, e levating support, rod end clevis, catch assembly, locking pin assembly, screws, nuts, springs, and various hardware. The item is approximate 23 in long and folds up and requires a carc finish. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 30 Mar 05. This proposed contract will include a 100 percent option. Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2000 is required. This solicitation includes TDP that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a proposal are instructed t o request same by submission of an email request to: tacom-ri-tdp@ria.army.mil.
