PRON: AX579544AX/AX462467AX, NSN: 2945-01-116-4224,PN: 114P8080-15 QUANTITY: Min: 50/Max: 250, 5-Year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to Tracy, CA95304-5000. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for certified small businesses only. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Contractor First Article is required. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 50 each, 246 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify them selves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitat ion must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. NOTES: 23 and 26.
