- Contractor is to provide all support for the management and analysis of environmental data, including but not limited to data storage, collection, development and systems integration. Provide support for assessment, modeling and prediction of impacts to threatened and endangered species and other natural resources; development of management plans; design of field investigations and analyses; and collection of field survey data pertaining to the red-cockaded woodpecker, forestry wildlife and ecosystem management. Solicitation No. W9126G-05-R-0024 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP); on or about March 25, 2005 with proposals due on April 26, 2005 at 11:00 am. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effe ct through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The terms of the contract will be Firm Fixed Price and will consist of a one-year base period and four one-year renewal options IDIQ contract for Services. The Government intends to issue this solicitation a nd all amendments through the use of the Internet. No additional media (CD ROMS, Floppy Disks, Faxes, or paper) will be provided unless the Government determines that it is necessary. Contractors may view/download this solicitation and all amendments fro m the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: http://ebs.swf.usace.army.mil. All offerors are required to check the Fort Worth District Contracting Division website daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services, which correspond to SIC Code 8999.
