- PROJECT: Quality Assurance Testing services for the Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, Sacramento Resident Office. LOCATION: Upper Sacramento River, Phase V, Site E (Phase 2) project at Colusa, California, Request for Quotation Number W91238-05 -Q-0072. These services shall be provided to the Corps on an as-requested basis as specified. In some cases the laboratory will be requested to visit the site to perform testing, and in other cases samples will be delivered to the laboratory. The labora tory shall follow the procedures provided in each of the respective ASTM test methods listed in the Request for Quotation unless more specific information is provided in the contract specifications. This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code 541380, SIC Code 8734, FSC Code H999. The size standards for these codes are $10,000,000. The submission date is 23 March 2005, 1:00 local time. This Request for Quotation is a Small Business Set-aside and all qualified small businesses may respond. For instructions on registering with the CCR, please see our Web page. In order to receive an award, your firm must be registered in the CCR database and the information provided must be current. ORDERING SOLICITATION. The solicitation for this project will be available on the Sacramento District Contracting Divisions Internet Home page at http://ebs.spk/usace.mil for do wnloading. The solicitation will be available on or about 11 March 2005 for download. Any further amendments to the solicitation will also be available for download from this website. Requests for copies of this solicitation in any other format than wha t is advertised will be disregarded. It is important that you first go to this website under Contract Division Home page, click on the advertised solicitation that you are interested in. Go to plan holders registration. This will require you to establis h a user name and password. Keep the user name and password and share it with anyone else in your organization that is responsible for registering your firm on plan holders lists. With our new system you only have to do the full registration one time. I f you have your user name a password, you can always go back into the system and register for other jobs without having to go through the entire registration process. However, you can only do this by using your initial user name and password. In order to receive notification of any amendments to the solicitation you are required to register for the plan holders list. Please complete all requested information. From there click on Sacramento/San Francisco District, then it will take you to a list of adver tised solicitations and then from there click on the desired solicitation number. At the bottom of this page, there is a bar that says download/view solicitation files. Select plans or specifications from the drop down box and press the go button. This w ill take you to the next page, then from there click on the file name and download. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency.
