- SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials to provide the following services: Inspect the 22 CMS consisting of water quality probes, data collection platforms, and telemetry equipment and provide a list of recommendations that will lead to more reliable operation of the CMS stations. Items to be examined include, but are not limited to; grounding, power supply, and sensor installation. This list will be provided no later than two weeks after the inspection. Organize and make available to Reclamation hydrologic technicians, all programs and source code used on the CMS program. Access to the programs and source code will be provided over the Internet by the Contractor. Provide general technical support on programming the Vaisala 555 Data Collection Platforms used on the CMS program operated by the Reclamation. Provide assistance and recommend technology solutions based on the requirements of Reclamation. Assist Reclamation in all aspects of making improvements to network. This includes adding monitoring stations, or just adding sensors, GPS radios, high data rate GOES radios, etc., to existing 22 stations. This is a fixed price contract, which includes unlimited telephone and email support, and up to a maximum of 20 days in the field. CONTRACTORS REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 1. Five or more years experience in programming and configuring Vaisala 555's. 2. Five or more years experience in integrating YSI sondes with Vaisala 555's. 3. Experience with Vaisala 555 programs used by USBR-NCAO, USGS, and CDEC. 4. Experience in troubleshooting/decoding ILEX engineering DECODES satellite transmissions. 5. Available by telephone or email 24x7 for technical assistance. Twenty-four hour responses required. 6. Must be able to work on site (USBR-NCAO) for a minimum of two weeks (once in Spring, once in Fall) for a total minimum of four weeks
