Description

The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service invites bids for the construction of the new Administration and Visitor Contact Station Building at the Nulhegan Basin Division of the Silvio O. Conte National Fish and Wildlife Refuge in Brunswick, VT. The project includes the construction of a 6,000 square foot wood framed building, all site work, concrete work including foundation, walls, slabs and sidewalks, masonry, rough and finished carpentry, metal fabrications, roofing systems, doors and windows, painting and finishes, all electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, asphalt concrete pavement and landscaping to provide a complete and operational facility. This is an unrestricted procurement. The solicitation package will be available, without charge, on or about March 17, 2005. Requests for a solicitation package shall include the solicitation number, company name, address, telephone number, fax number, and point of contact. ALL REQUESTS AND/OR QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING to the address above or via FAX to 413-253-8450 to the attention of Marsha Browning, Contracting Officer. TELEPHONIC REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All bids which are deemed responsive and responsible will be considered for award. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $1 million and $5 million.
