Description

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), National Water Quality Assessment (NAWQA) Program, anticipates making a noncompetitive award to Judy Campbell-Bird for collaborative efforts with the national liaison process, assisting in understanding water policy issues, facilitation and guidance in liaison meetings, briefing, interaction, and other activities, and for assisting the USGS Office of Communications. The contract will be for one base year plus two option years. This notice is for informational purposes only; no solicitation package exists. This may represent the Government's only official notice of this procurement. Vendors who believe they can provide this service are invited to provide an affirmative response to this notice. An affirmative response must include, but should not be limited to, offered services, prices, and any additional information indicating a bona fide ability to meet this requirement. All responses must be in writing; no telephone requests will be accepted. Contact Melissa Gill, Contracting Officer, via email at mgill@usgs.gov. Numbered Note 22 applies.
