Description
The purpose of this modification is to answer contractor?s question and to clarify the requirements as stated for 5% Borated Polyethylene. Question 1: Is there a military spec for this material Answer: Yes MIL-P-23536A Question 2: Does it have an ASTM Answer: No Question 3: Is there a technical data package Answer: No there is no technical package. Technical description is as follows: the base material is virgin polyethylene and the additive material is boron. The weight percent of boron is 5%. The mix is homogeneous. The end use is radiation protection. Question 4: What is Concord CA Zip Code? Answer: 94520 This announcement will close at 2:00 p.m on March 10, 2005.
