Description

THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO PROVIDE THE GOVERNMENT RESPONES TO QUESTIONS. QUESTIONS/RESPONES 1. Can a vendor bid on only the lodging-related tasks or only the meals-related tasks, or must the bid cover both? ANSWER: The vendor shall bid on the entire solicitation; however a vendor can use a subcontractor(s) if they wish. 2. Are there copies of previous meal surveys (the questionnaire), and if so are they available to vendors? ANSWER: As stated on page 9 item 3 of the solicitation under the heading ?GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (MTT) RESPONSIBILITIES?, GSA will provide the vendor with a draft of the meals survey. The draft meals survey will be provided after the award is made. 3. Is there any information on past response rates that is available? ANSWER: The last survey was conducted by phone and fax survey and the response rate was around 98%. 4. Should a vendor be on schedule to bid on this solicitation? , or just registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR)? ANSWER: This solicitation is open to all vendors. Vendors must be CCR registered. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAINS THE SAME.
