***AMENDMENT TO RFQ BELOW*** ***Due to the change of Server, the response e-mail address has changed; therefore, all quote must be resent to thatsanee.knight@pac.dodea.edu**** ***As a result, the closing date for this RFQ is here by extended to 16 March 2005*** Note: ***Vendors who have submitted the quote to the old e-mail address must resubmit quote to the address above to be considered for award.*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number HE1260-05-Q-0047 is being used as a Request for Quotation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This solicitation is for NAICS codes 423430. The components will be used by Department of Dependents Schools Information and Technology Pacific Division. The following line items (CLIN) are required: CLIN 0001, Software ACAD WINDOWS SERVER ENTERPRISE 2003, P/N P72-00284, QTY 90 EA. CLIN 0002, INSTALLATION MEDIA P/N P72-00114, QTY 1 EA. CLIN 0003, SHIPPING COST TO APO AP, QTY 1 EA. The award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database (www.ccr.gov) to receive any contract awards or payment.
