- The Government intends to procure by modification to the existing contract USZA95-99-C-0012, the period of performance extension to 31 May 2005 for additional testing. The intended source is Allison Advanced Development Company (AADC), P.O. Box 7162, Indianapolis, Indiana 46207-7162. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible source(s) may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes are being accepted through mail and by fax: 757-878-4199. The anticipated award date is 14 March 2005.
