Description

The US Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, intends to negotiate and award a modification under Contract No. USZA95-02-D-0011 to BAE Systems IDS, Austin, TX. The authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, is applicable. The modification will include development of a software patch to include RA79 weapons in the Improved Mono-HUD. Software code relating to this procurement was written by BAE and cannot be furnished. This is a DO-A1 rated order. The North American Industrial Classification code is 336413; the business size is 1000. Desired delivery is three (3) months ARO. FOB: Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Delivery shall be to TAPO, Ft. Eustis, VA.
