Description

Management and Training Corp., d.b.a. Denison Job Corps Center is seeking cost proposals for replacing an existing boiler located in Building One (Administration Building) on campus. The work will consist of furnishing all labor , parts and equipment to remove 3,000,000 btu/hr unit and replace with a new MBS staged gas burner system rated at 85% or higher. Contractor will be responsible for evaluating the existing system to correctly size the boiler for maximum efficiency. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held at the center on March 23, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Please notify POC if attending. Bid packages with scope of work will be available at time of walkthrough.
