Description

The USPS has completed a generic site plan and 30% complete construction documents for a new leased building of 1,899 net interior SF on a controlled site of approximately 24,903 gross SF at the northeast corner of the intersection of Highway 99E and Highway 228 in Halsey Oregon. The Construction Awardee agrees to execute a Lease with Construction Rider for the building only for a 20-year base term and four 5-year renewal options with the Postal Service and will be required to complete the design and construct the specified building by the stated deadline. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror who provides the best overall offer to the Postal Service. This is NOT a sealed bid advertisement and proposals will NOT be publicly opened. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 03/10/05, for a non- refundable fee of $125.00. Order Form for this USPS Solicitation package is available at www.addraftaid.com.
