Description

The USPS has completed a generic site plan and 30% complete construction documents for a new leased building of 1,899 net interior SF on an uncontrolled site of approximately 47,700 gross SF, preferred area being North by Highway 228 – American Drive, South by Seefeld Drive, East by East Third Street, West by West Sixth Street in Halsey Oregon. The Construction Awardee agrees to execute a Lease with Construction Rider with the Postal Service for the entire property for a 20-year base term and four 5-year renewal options and will be required to complete the design and construct the specified building by the stated deadline. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror who provides the best overall offer to the Postal Service. This is NOT a sealed bid advertisement and proposals will NOT be publicly opened. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 03/10/05, for a non- refundable fee of $125.00.
