Description

Concerns having the ability to provide a full service maintenance program to include two preventive maintenance inspections per year and all emergency repairs on a government owned GE Advantx L/C Single Plane Cardiac System are requested to give notice to this office in writing. The equipment is located at the VA Medical Center, Syracuse NY. Contract includes a Glass Pro Tube Purchasing Plan. Equipment consists of an 5800G Advantx LC Single Plane Cardiac System which includes Plexus System Architecture, LC three Axis Positioning Gantry, Omega III Cardiac Patient Imaging Table, Advantx Cardiac Imaging System and its components, an S5808 Arritechnio 35m Cine Camera, an S5800GA Auto Positioner module and a Med Rad Injector. Contractor must respond by phone within 30 minutes 24 hours per day seven days per week. If the problem cannot be corrected by phone, on-site work will commence within 2 hours Monday through Friday and within 4 hours on Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays after receipt of notification. Only written, faxed (315-425-5843) or e-mail requests will be accepted. Telephone requests will not be honored. Contract period is from July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006 with four (4) one-year options. NAICS code is 811219.
