Description

The Government intends to make multiple awards to procure an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for commercial item services under (FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13) for dental laboratory services. The contractor shall pick up prescriptions and impressions for denture crowns, bridges, denture frameworks, upper and/or lower, from the VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. The Contrator shall fabricate denture frameworks in accordance with prescription specifications. Products shall be delivered to the VA San Diego Healthcare System Dental Lab. The contractor shall be a full service laboratory that can integrate the combined treatment needs of the prosthetic patient requiring simultaneous fixed, removable and implant supported prosthesis. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 25, 2005, with offers due on or about April 22, 2005. NAICS number is 339116. This is a 100% small business set-aside. See Government-wide Numbered Note 1.
