Description

Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove the existing felt paper and shingles from 8 buildings in the Hatchery complex, and install new felt paper, ice damming barrier, and asphalt shingles in accordance with the specifications, and drawings located at the Gavins Point National Fish Hatchery , Yankton, SD. Performance period is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 to $100,000. The solicitation will issued on or about March 10, 2005 with a closing date of April 4, 2005. This solicitation will be available through the Government Point of Entry (GPE) http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Please note that the drawings and specifications will also be available a the following URL. http://mountain-prairie.fws.gov/cgs/solicitations/601815Q222. Parties that are unable to access the GPE, shall include solicitation number, your company name, address, telephone number, contact name and fax number. This acquisition is open to both large and small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be consisdered. Effective October 2, 2003 all contractors must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website as an active vendor in order to be eligible for an award. Please be sure your firm is registered. The website URL is: www.ccr.gov. Effective January 1, 2005, all potential contractors are required to log into ORCA and complete the representations and certifications. The ORCA website is: www.bpn.gov, completion of the ORCA date is a requirement of this solicitation.
