Description

The Government intends to procure art restoration services on a sole source basis. Services are to restore 6 panels of Japanese paintings. The period of performance will be from 15 March 2005 to 30 December 2005. A determination not to compete is based on one source familiarity with the art and tapestry of these paintings and one responsible source can satisfy requirements, reference FAR 6.301-1. This is a follow-up to temporary treatment performed. This notice is for informational purposes only and not a competitive proposal request.
