- Description
- 1. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is planning to place a Long Term Contract for Various FSC 53 items that are source controlled to United Technoligies-Pratt & Whitney Division. The Core list will contain 109 NSN’s with the possibility to place an additional 511 NSN’s on a post award basis. Quantities for each NSN will be listed on subject solicitation. 2. Delivery will be CONUS (excluding Alaska). 3. Subject solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. 4. Subject solicitation will have a two (2) year base and three (3) one year options. 5. Delivery schedule is 120 days required for all items. 6. FOB-Destination is required. 7. Offerors are required to submit a Technical Proposal as part of their offer. Past Performance is the 1st factor with Delivery, Business Relations/Customer Satisfaction, Quality, Socioeconomic Considerations, and JWOD Considerations as the subfactors for Past Performance. The 2nd factor is Socioeconomic Plan, and the 3rd factor is a JWOD Plan. These factors/subfactors will be evaluated as outlined in subject solicitation. 8. FAR part 12 procedures will apply to subject solicitation. 9. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at http://progate.daps.mil/home after 29 Oct 2004. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to view. You must be registered in order to download RFPs. If you are not, you will be directed to register at time of download. In order to ensure e-mail notification of RFPs, prospective vendors MUST go to the RFP Information page and select DSCP General & Industrial as the commodity center from which notices will be sent. The solicitations will be in a downloadable, printable format when viewed with an Adobe Acrobat Reader. Free software is available at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. Gateway technical assistance is available at admin_support@pgmail.daps.mil. 10.
