Description

Northern Region Contracting Center-Leavenworth is seeking sources capable of providing shop drawings and Theater Seating for a 2005 Seat Auditorium and Lecture Hall for the on-going construction of the Lewis and Clark building. An IFB / SOW will be issued pursuant to this notice and will be found at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 10 Mar 05. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements type contract for the Lewis and Clark Auditorium. Base year will cover shop drawings and Theater Seating wit h a period of performance from date of award until 30 Sep 05. Two option periods shall be included for Theater Seating only and shall cover the periods from 1 Oct 05 to 30 Sep 06 and 1 Oct 06 to 30 Sep 07 respectively. A requirements contract shall be us ed due to the unspecified delivery dates for the materials. Delivery orders for materials shall be issued 120 days prior to required delivery dates. All responses will be considered. If contractor has a GSA schedule contract, provide contract number. R esponses shall include company name, address, POC, phone number, fax number, email address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number and CAGE Code. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.c cr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr. RESPONSE DATE FOR SOLICITATION IS 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on 7 April 2005.
