Description

This work will replace sixteen (16) existing electrical panels in buildings 3997 & 3998. All circuits are to be traced to provide an accurate panel schedule at the completion of the job. Nine (9) flush-mounted panels will have their interiors, trims, and covers replaced. To minimize interruption of electrical service to the occupants, demolition/construction will have to be scheduled with most work accomplished after working hours, on weekends, or holidays. There is an additive bid item to completely replace an additional five (5) surface-mounted panels.
