This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for 100,000 Flash Memory (die) Cards (Manufacture Part Number AM29LV800BB90DP12) and 100,000 Flash Memory (die) Cards (Manufacture Part Number AM29LV800BB120DP12). Inclu de shipping to White Sands Missile Range, NM 88002 in quoted price. Also include expected delivery date, company DUNS number and Federal Tax ID number. Your company must be registered in CCR.
