Description

RFQ 786-91-05 - Asphalt Overlay @ Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, P.O. Box #8,10175 Rawiga Road,Rittman, Ohio 44270 - Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to install new asphalt overlay pavement at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, P.O. Box # 8, 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman, Ohio 44270, in accordance with the Scope of Work Drawings, project specifications, and conditions of the contract. The Contractor shall complete this work within 60 calendar days from start to finish after Notice to Proceed has been issued. This acquisition is a total (100%) set-aside for emerging small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 237310 is applicable. Request for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mrs. Michelle Cruz, Purchasing Agent, and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) (non-refundable), payable to _U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs._ Please reference Solicitation Number RFQ 786-91-05 on remittances. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about March 14, 2005. The solicitation may also be obtained FREE OF CHARGE, from VA_s Business Opportunities System via the Internet at the following URL address on or about March 14, 2005: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation?number=786-91-05. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
