- Description
- The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with SleepyCat Software 116 Tower Rd Lincoln, MA 01773 to provide Berkley DB XML Concurrent Data Store in existing RI software application. It also includes annual maintenance providing basic technical support and access to new releases. However, all quotes received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Quotes may be faxed to (315)330-8252. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely with in the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 511210. This procurement shall be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
