Description: The Northern Region Contracting Center-Leavenworth, Mission Support Division, Fort Leavenworth, KS, is seeking sources capable of providing the following services: provide stimulation systems support for the ACTF in continued development, sustainment and support of the Run Time Manager (RTM) and the Independent Stimulation Module (ISM). Additionally, provide experimentation/integration in areas surrounding the stimulation of C4I systems for simulations. Provide stimulation support for Army and Joint exercises; provide stimulation subject matter expertise in support of the C4I Integration Conference; provide stimulation support for a Division up to Joint size warfighter exercise using the RTM and ISM; provide stimulation support for a Division up to J oint size Mission Rehearsal Exercise (MRX) using RTM and ISM; provide stimulation support to a Brigade size warfighter exercise using the RTM, ISM and Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) Generator (part of RTM); provide stimulation support to a Brigad e size MRX using RTM, ISM and a DIS generator for UAV support; provide stimulation support for a Division up to a Joint size Ramp-up/Preparatory Event using the RTM and ISM; provide full-time stimulation logistics subject matter expertise in support of the NSC Logistics Division; provide systems engineering, technical support, configuration management, hardware and software maintenance, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software problems, federation, system and interface training, network administrati on, configuration management, and demonstrations. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code for this project is R412, and NAICS code is 541690. All responses will be considered and MUST include proof of ability to provide development/upgrade of Run Ti me Manager (RTM) software. If contractor has GSA schedule contract, provide contract number, labor categories, and rates for this service.
