Description

This is a Source Selection Best Value solicitation for replacing the tank lining with a steel lining system. The tank is cut and cover type with a diameter of 100.5? and a height of 20?, and contains 37 interior columns. The new interior of the steel lining system is to be coated. The tank bottom and concrete wall surfaces require repairs as necessary to ensure adequacy of steel lining installation. Construct a leak detection system and replacement of existing access stairs and safety railing systems and incidental related work. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, engineering, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and transportation to perform all of the services described in the plans and specifications. The approximate Solicitation Release Date is 28 March 2005. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the Internet.
