Description

This solicitation will be set aside as a Buy Indian solicitation. The solicitation number will be 241-BI-05-3538. All else will remain the same as follows. Remove and replace the asphalt roofing, sheet vinyl flooring, install new ceiling lighting w/fans & renovate the bathrooms in selected quarters located in the IHS compound at Fort Yates North Dakota. Duration of the contract will be ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Invitation for Bids 241-BI-05-3538 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. Project Magnitude is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. The Indian Preference clause in employment and subcontracting in made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract. This solicitation is set-aside for certified Buy Indian owned businesses.
