Description
The United States Attorney Office for the Southern District of Texas located in Houston has a requirement for Grand Jury and Deposition Reporting Services to support the U.S. Attorney's Offices located in Brownsville and McAllen, Texas. It is anticipated that a Blanket Purchase Agreement will be awarded for a sixty (60) month period. Offerors must have the capability to establish and office within a fifty (50) mile radius from Phoenix limits by the shortest route available. This notice is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, NAICS with size standard M. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The solicitation number is RFQ-EOA79-5-0024. See ATTACHMENT for the following additional information: Instructions for completion of solicitation package, Schedule of Commercial Services and Prices, Statement of Work and the following clauses 52.212-1, ?Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Item?, 52.212-3 ?Offeror Representations and Certification - Commercial Item?, 52.212-4 ? Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Item? and 52.212-5 ? Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Offers or quotations will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 and other evaluation factors contained in the solicitation ? Evaluation of quotation or offers?. All questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted via email to Benjamin.Hughes@usdoj.gov on or before 12:00 noon est., March 22, 2005. Quotes are due on Friday, March 25, 2005 at 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. LATE Quotations will not be accepted.
