Information Technology services, including telecommunications services Contracting Office Address United States Air Force, 12th Contracting Squadron, 395 B Street West Suite 2, Randolph AFB, TX 78150-4525 Description The Commander, USAF Manpower Agency, 550 E Street East, Randolph AFB, TX 78150 is conducting a Streamlined Competition of the Records Management, WebEX, ADPE Management, Conference Room Management, Workgroup Management, National Security System Management, Publications/Content Management, Data Base Administration, Programs, Configuration Management, Software Life Cycle Management, and Security in AFMA located at Randolph AFB, Texas, in accordance with OMB Circular A-76 and utilizing AFI 38-203 and AFMAN 38-208. It affects a total of 11 DOD personnel (3 officers, 5 enlisted, 3 APF civilians). The competition is expected to begin on 14 March 2005 with completion projected by June FY05. The Congressional District is 28 and elected officials are Senators Kay Bailey Hutchison and John Cornyn and Representative Henry Cuellar. Congressional notification is not required. None of the functions of this study will be separated; all listed functions will be placed on one contract E-Buy. Services shall be provided in accordance with all DoD Regulations and USAF procedures/regulations. This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement. If awarded to a large business, the successful contractor is mandated that 45% of the work shall be allocated to small business concerns (SDB, Women-owned and Hub-Zone). The following areas are included in this study: Information Management Services: Document/Records Management; Workgroup Management; Conference Room Management; Web Administration; Publication/Content Management; IT/NSS Management; ADPE Management Information Technology Services: Software Life Cycle Management; Database Administration; Configuration Management; Security; Programs This synopsis is not a request for RFP or IFB.
