- Project Number: 04-0049 UPDATE: Question and Answer File posted (14 Mar 2005). UPDATE: The latest Wage Decision (Rev 14) is hereby posted to the solicitation. UPDATE: Amendment 0002, dated 11Mar05, to the solicitation is hereby issued to change the delivery schedule to 120 days versus 84 days. Therefore the required response date is changed from 14Mar05/4pm to 16Mar05/4pm. UPDATE: Amendment 0001, dated 24Feb05, to the solicitation is hereby issued which incorporates Addendum 1 to the specification, and responses to the site visit questions. Project Title: Replace Ash Silo Receivers in Facility 31240, Wright-Patterson, OH. The scope of this project consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, appliances, and devices and performing all work that is necessary or required to replace the ash silo receivers in Facility 31240 in accordance with the specifications and drawings for Project 04-0049, including all removals and miscellaneous work as specified. Work includes but is not limited to site work, concrete, mechanical, and electrical work. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program Act of 198, Public Law 100-656 (15 U.S.C. 644 note). NAICS: 238290 In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, contractors must be registered in the Contract Central Registration (CCR) prior to award for solicitations issued after 31 May 1998.
