Description

NSN 1005-01-204-4376, Part Number 9346413. The item being procured is the cartridge magazine for the M9 Pistol. Magazine consists of numerous sheet metal formed and welded parts, floor plate, retainer spring follower and tube. The magazine will be built to a performance specification. Solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, with Best value (details to be furnished in the solicitation). There is a guaranteed minimum quantity o f 900,000 magazines. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 15 Apr 2005. The above response date is only an estimate. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provide d. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any a mendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
