Description

This synopsis for the Tray & Hanger Assembly is a component of the M60 machine gun, NSN: 1005-01-448-1837, P/N: 8448237 will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, 5-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The mi nimum guaranteed quantity for the Tray & Hanger Assembly is 500 each. The estimated maximum quantity over the term of the contract is 5,000 each. DESC: Tray & Hanger Assembly (1005-01-448-1837) F/M 60 MG, included are numerous parts that are blanked, for med, machined and welded together from steel, sheet carbon .24 max, manganese .90 max, drawing quality, special killed, cold rolled. Manganese phosphate is required. The part is approximate 3.5 inches x 4.5 inches x 4.0 inches in size and guides the cart ridges for positioning and feeding. FOB is DESTINATION. The estimated issue date for the solicitation is 29 Mar 2005. The solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not b e provided.
