Description

DESC: 1010-01-151-6239, Part Number 5830063. The item to procure is a Travel Lock Bracket Assy for M197 Machine Gun Mount. Item is formed, welded and machined from hot rolled steel per ASTM A568 with CARC finish applied. Item is two pieces with bra cket attached by welding and two bolts with nuts. Item is approximately 5.250 in. X 3.6 in. X 1.0 in. Solicitation will result in a 5-yr IDIQ contract. Guaranteed minimum requirements are 2,000 ea. with a potential contract maximum quantity of 24,000 ea . FOB is Destination. For use on the M197 Machine Gun Mount. Estimated issue date is 31 March 2005. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
