Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for an amplifier system that consists of the following components: One ETM Model 1000L - 1-2.5 GHz,1000W; One ETM Model 1000SC - 2.5-7.5 GHz, 1000W; One ETM Model 1000IJ - 7.5-18GHz, 1000W; and One Pulsed Univ ersal Magnetron Amplifier. In addition, this procurement also requires maintenance training and the manufacturer to maintain an inventory of repair parts available by overnight shipment. This proposed contract action is for a supply or service produced by ETM Electromatic, Inc., through which the government wishes to issue a purchase order under the provisions of FAR Subpart 12.6. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations, however all quotations received within fourteen days after the publicatio n of this synopsis will be considered by the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining weather to conduct a competitive procurement.
