Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites quotes on a solicitation for the rehabilitation of the YACC Building at the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, located in Virginia Beach, VA. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business. Estimated magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation issue date is on or about March 28, 2005. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. All requests must be submitted in writing to the address above or FAX to (413) 253-8450. Telephonic requests will not be accepted. Any request for a solicitation package shall include the company name, address, telephone number, name of the point of contact, and shall be identified by the solicitation number and the title shown above. BONDING REQUIREMENTS: Bid Bond, 20%; Payment Bond, 100%; Performance Bond, 100%. NAISC, 236118; SIC, 1542; Product and Service Code, Z119.
