PR-No.: IQC05010009003, NSN 5965-00-615-0104, Earphone Element, I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-PRF 25670B, TYPE H-143/AIC QPL 25670-18 DATED 03 SEP 03. Approved sources are (57010) Telex, (18068) Astrocom, (82872) Roanwell. Quantity to-be-determined at the rate of 2253-each in 90 days ADO, and any balance delivered at the rate of 1000-each every 30-days thereafter. Various quantity increments solicited: 500 to 1999, 2000-3999, 4000-5999, 6000-6999, 7000-7999, and 8000-10000. Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. See Note 26 and Note 9. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Shipments are CONUS. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 30 March 2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available from DSCC-VTCD via one of the following media: Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFP for RFP?s; telephone at 614-692-2344; e-mail drawings @dscc.dla.mil or by mail at Defense Supply Center Columbus, ATTN: DSCC-VTRD, P.O. Box 3990, Columbus, OH 43216-5000. Request should include the RFP number opening/closing date, NSN, Purchase Request Number (e.g. YPE,) buyer name and your complete address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERICAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-month base year, and two (2) 12-months option period. The total duration shall not exceed 36-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
