Approved sources are (57010) Telex, (18068) Astrocom, (82872) Roanwell. Quantity to-be-determined at the rate of 2253-each in 90 days ADO, and any balance delivered at the rate of 1000-each every 30-days thereafter. Various quantity increments solicited: 500 to 1999, 2000-3999, 4000-5999, 6000-6999, 7000-7999, and 8000-10000. Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. See Note 26 and Note 9. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Shipments are CONUS. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 30 March 2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERICAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-month base year, and two (2) 12-months option period. The total duration shall not exceed 36-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
