- This is a pre-solicitation notice for a long-term Indefinite Quantity Contract(s) to provide and deliver a broad range of bulk-metal products within the 9505 & 9525 Federal Stock Classes. The IQC(s) will have a two-year base with two (2) one-year options. Contract(s) will be firm-fixed price with an economic price adjustment (EPA). Material required is non-electrical wire (ferrous & non-ferrous). The items have been grouped into four (4) lots. Contractors are not required to bid on every lot. The contractor(s) will supply material to DLA depots within 60 days of order. Delivery will be within the continental United States. Only small business contractors who are on the Bulk Metals QSL will be eligible for award. Vendors must have EDI capability for the life of the award, as orders will be issued via Paperless Ordering Placement System (POPS). Solicitation will be released in the future. Copies will not become available until issue date. Copies can be found on the DOD Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home/. You must be registered to download the RFPs.
