Description

The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the rest of this year with four option years to Midwest Laboratories Inc to provide analytical laboratory services to Offutt AFB, NE. This Blanket Purpose Agreement is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 13. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-01. Midwest Laboratories Inc possesses unique laboratory testing and sampling experience. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541380. The small business size standard is $10.0M. The BPA is for laboratory testing of water samples to comply with regulatory guidance. The estimated issue date is 16 March 2005.
