Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base, AL. intends to award a sole source contract to Meridian KSI Knowledge Centre? Learning Management System (LMS) for the following service: Knowledge Centre? Annual Maintenance Agreement in order to sustain the Learning Management System (LMS) system. This annual maintenance agreement must include: (1) Service packs and new releases, and (2) Site administration support ? help desk support (Monday-Friday, 8:00am ? 5:00pm Central Standard Time (CST), for up to five AFIADL administrators to be effective 1 May 05 thru 30 Apr 06 (Basic Contract period) with four option years. The Government intends to award to Meridian KSI, 4465 Brookfield Corporate Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151. A solicitation will not be issued. This is sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded to a single source. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified requirements, they must respond to this notice by 3:00pm. (Central Standard Time) on 23 Mar 05. The POC for this notice is Bobby L.
