DESCRIPTION: The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit orally and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Actuality Systems, Inc., 25 Corporate Drive, Suite 300, Burlington MA 01803 for Perspecta Spatial 3D Display which includes display, developers license, software, and hardware/software installation, support, and maintenance. Interested persons may respond to the requirement or submit quotes by identifying their interest and capability. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order based upon requests to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received (quote with product specifications) will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Routine questions are not considered to be "significant concerns" and should be communicated directly to the Purchasing Agent, Christine Proper, Christine.Proper@rl.af.mil. This procurement shall be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
