- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC/LSKC anticipates issuing a contract for repair of the following JTIDS EMD Assets: 1 each Notch Filter, P/N P600A020-01 and 1 each High Power Amplifier, P/N: K310A104-21. This requirement is restricted to Data Link Solutions (Cage:081U3). The approximate issue date of the RFQ will be 30 Mar 2005 with the approximate response date of 29 Apr 2005. Request the solicitation from the Federal Business Opportunities web site. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 334511. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition..
